Weekly Workouts

The Texas Running Club meets Monday through Thursday outside of Gregory Gym at 6pm. Our weekly evening run meeting times change with the season. During Winter/ non-Daylighst Savings Time we will start meeting at 5:15pm.

Be sure to subscribe to our Weekly Email list to be notified of any changes.

Monday

4:45 pm – Core Workout (meet at Clark Field)

5:15 pm – Evening Run

Tuesday
7:00 am – Morning Run

5:15 pm – Evening Run or Track Workout

Wednesday

4:45 pm – Strength and Mobility (meet at Clark Field)

5:15 pm – Evening Run

Thursday
7:00 am – Morning Run

5:15 pm – Evening Run

Saturday
7:00 am – Long Run
