Weekly Workouts

The Texas Running Club meets Monday through Thursday outside of Gregory Gym at 6pm. Our weekly evening run meeting times change with the season. During Winter/ non-Daylighst Savings Time we will start meeting at 5:15pm.

Be sure to subscribe to our Weekly Email list to be notified of any changes.

Monday

5:45 pm – Core Workout (starting 9/13)

6:00pm – Evening Workout

Tuesday
7:00 am – Morning Run (starting week of 9/13)

6:00 pm – Evening Run or Track Workout (starting week of 9/13)

Wednesday
6:00 pm – Evening Run

Thursday
7:00 am – Morning Run

6:00 pm – Evening Run

Saturday
7:30 am – Long Run (starting 9/11)
