Weekly Workouts

The Texas Running Club meets Monday through Thursday outside of Gregory Gym. Our weekly evening run meeting times change with the season. During Daylight Savings Time, evening runs will start at 6pm. In the winter (non-DST), evening runs will start at 5:15pm.

Be sure to subscribe to our Weekly Email list to be notified of any changes.

Monday
5:30pm – Core Workout (at Gregory Gym)
6:00pm – Evening Run

Tuesday
7:00am – Morning Run
6:00pm – Evening Run & Track Workout (Optional)

Wednesday
6:00pm – Evening Run

Thursday
7:00am – Morning Run
6:00pm – Evening Run

Saturday
8:00am – Long Run (unless otherwise stated)

  • Kickoff Meeting – RSC 2.104 Games Room – 6-8pm on Monday, September 9th, 2019
