The Texas Running Club meets M-TH outside of Gregory Gym at 6PM. During Winter/ Standard Time we meet at 5:15PM, and Core/Mobility are also shifted back 45 minutes.

4:30/5:15 PM – Strength & Mobility (meet at Clark Field)

5:15/6 PM – Evening Run

Tuesday
7 AM– Morning Run

5:15/6 PM – Evening Run or Track Workout

Wednesday

4:45/5:30 PM – Core (meet at Clark Field)

5:15/6 PM – Evening Run

Thursday
7:00 AM – Morning Run

5:15/6 PM – Evening Run

Saturday
7:00 AM – Long Run
